Job summary

Atlas Central Solutions in Memphis, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position. You will deliver direct patient care and collaborate with a healthcare team to support patient well-being.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, and participating in procedures as needed. A valid Tennessee LPN license and at least one year of experience are required, with ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Tennessee.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as an LPN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medications and vital signs.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Perform basic medical procedures, such as wound care, injections, and dressing changes.
• Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Promote a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, as needed.
