Job summary

A-Line Staffing is hiring an LPN for a Primary Care Clinic in Saint Paul, MN. This part-time position offers 20-30 hours per week across 2-3 days plus every other weekend. Shifts align with business hours and include on-site patient care.

The role requires an LPN license and experience in primary care, urgent care, or ER. Benefits are available for eligible employees and a 401(k) with company match may apply for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections and medications (oral, IV, injectable, topical).
• Record vital signs accurately (BP, pulse, RR, temp).
• Perform routine and complex patient assessments and monitor pain and responses.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site provider as needed.
• Review medications for side effects, contraindications, and interactions.
• Conduct mental health screenings and document results in EHR.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments and self-care.
