Job summary

Samaritan Health Services' Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Primary Care within the GSR Family Medicine department. The nurse will assist practitioners, handle telephone orders and patient records, and deliver safe nursing care in a clinic setting.

The position offers a Day shift (80 hrs/pp) in a primary care clinic, with potential starting bonus or relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon LPN license.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Lab/EKG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioner in procedures, telephone prescription orders/refills, maintaining patient records and relaying test results.
• Provide safe and quality nursing care under the direction of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor within scope of practice.
