Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a primary care clinic in Rhode Island. This on-site role offers 30–40 hours per week across 3–4 days with every-other weekend coverage, and potential extension or conversion to full-time.

Compensation is $37.17 per hour with benefits for full-time staff and a 401(k) with company match. Responsibilities include vaccinations, vital signs, patient assessments, medication administration, and coordinating care with the health team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and clean record.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or ER preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, oral/IV/topical meds.
• Monitor and document vital signs (BP, HR, RR, temp).
• Perform patient assessments and document treatment responses.
