LPN (Pre Operative) Licensed Practical Nurse

Join us at Centers Health Care as a LPN (Pre Operative) in Brooklyn, NY.

Position Details:

• Base rate: $31.94/hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.
• Non-union rate: $40/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting information from new residents for admission.
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections.
• Treating wounds and bedsores.
• Supervising CNAs (if required).
• Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:
