LPN Practical Nurse (Bay Shores Senior Care & Rehab)

Our Skilled Nursing team provides specialized care across various areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You will evaluate patient needs and administer care using advanced technology as part of a multidisciplinary team. You are a vital part of our healthcare family.

You will earn: $33.55 starting pay!
Starting Wage: $30.15 per hour
PLUS $3.40 per hour Hero Pay

Scheduling options:

• 12-hour shifts
• Part-time positions
• Day shifts

Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administering prescribed medications and advising patients and families on treatment changes
• Providing preventative and supportive care for patients' physical and psychosocial well-being
• Supervising Nurse Aide team through direction, training, and evaluations
• Promoting excellent customer service and a positive environment for patients and visitors

Requirements to join our EPIC team:

• Current LPN license in Michigan and CPR certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Strong analytical skills for personalized care planning and problem-solving
• Excellent customer service and commitment to passionate, innovative care
• Team-oriented attitude and dedication to supporting colleagues
