Qualifications

• The Nurse must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharging of residents.
• Document resident care services by charting in resident medical records.
• Educate residents and families regarding treatment and rehabilitation.
• Adhere to infection control policies and facility procedures.
• Consult with residents' physicians regarding care plans and changes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Support quality of care by following DOH and facility standards.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to solve residents' problems.
• Available shifts: Day shift, Night Shift.
