• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of residents.
• Document resident care services by charting in medical records and department records.
• Educate residents and families about treatment and rehabilitation.
• Adhere to infection control policies and facility procedures.
• Consult with physician regarding care plan and changes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Ensure quality of care per DOH and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to solve resident problems.
