Job summary

Willingham Works is building a candidate pool of LPNs in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, and surrounding areas for future opportunities. We’re seeking licensed practical nurses with active KY or IN licenses and BLS certification.

IV certification is a plus, geriatric experience valued, and roles may be FT, PT, PRN, or direct-hire. Engagements pay $22–$30 per hour, with variation by setting, shift, and experience.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky or Indiana LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, or hospital float pool.
• IV certification a plus, not required.
• Geriatric experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pre-screened candidate pool of LPNs for staffing engagements.
• Screen and communicate with applicants to match with future opportunities.
• Coordinate with partner facilities across Kentucky and Indiana to align needs.
