Willingham Works is building a candidate pool of Licensed Practical Nurses for future opportunities in Duluth, Minnesota and surrounding 10-mile area. This is not an immediate opening—we are pre-screening candidates to match to roles as partner facilities have needs.

Candidates should hold an active Kentucky or Indiana LPN license with a current BLS certification, and have experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, or hospital float pools.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky or Indiana LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, or hospital float pool.
• IV certification a plus, not required.
• Geriatric experience valued.
• Open to full-time, part-time, PRN, or direct-hire.
