Alpine Care of St. Charles is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for PM and NOC shifts to join our friendly, caring team and help residents receive the medications and nursing care they need, as directed by their care plans.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license.
• Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care as directed by their care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments and act as a team leader.
• Advocate for residents and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain safety and comfort.
