Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients navigating pre-operative requirements.
• Triage the Plastic Surgery Department’s shared email inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with in-office patient care and support post-procedure monitoring.
• Document all patient interactions in the EMR system accurately.

Education
