Join Parachute is seeking an LPN to support donor health and safety at our Farmington center. You will work closely with center staff to ensure a welcoming donor experience and maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.
• Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to create a positive donor environment.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
