Job summary

Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation in Pittsburgh is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time roles. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, administer medications, and document care with accuracy.

We’re offering 8-hour shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) and a $2.00 shift differential for the 3pm-11pm slot, plus a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a high level of confidentiality and HIPAA adherence.
• Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and administration of medications
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to supervising RNs or physicians
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
