The CARIN Alliance is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under supervision across multiple hospital facilities in Missouri. The LPN will coordinate care across departments, float between Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU and Med-Surgical units, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, a high school diploma or GED, and current bedside experience.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides patient care using the nursing process under supervision or the direction of a registered nurse, ensuring professional accountability and patient confidentiality.
Coordinate patient care across departments, maintain patient rights, and adapt to various shifts and locations within multiple hospital facilities. Float between departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical.
High school diploma or GED, current LPN licensure, and recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med Surg, two years for specialized units). Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification. Preferred experience with Epic. Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
Flexible, incentivized PRN/Per Diem roles offering various shifts with no weekend or holiday requirements. Compensation is $30/hour plus shift incentives, with work where and when you choose, subject to short-notice scheduling and cancellations.
