Baystate Health is seeking an LPN to join the Pediatric Primary Care team in Springfield, MA. This full-time, 40-hour position involves patient-centered clinical care in an outpatient setting, including room prep, vitals, immunizations, and EMR documentation.

You will assist providers during exams and coordinate follow-up and referrals with the care team. Candidates must be a licensed LPN in MA with CPR/BLS certification and prior ambulatory experience.

Responsibilities include preparing patients and exam rooms, performing patient intake and documentation in the electronic medical record, obtaining vital signs, administering immunizations and non-IV medications per protocol, and performing approved clinical procedures and point-of-care testing.
