Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide dedicated 1:1 care in patients’ homes across a flexible schedule. Week-to-week assignments offer stability and a manageable pace while making a meaningful impact on patients and families.

The role requires an active LPN license and current BLS certification, with opportunities for day, evening, or overnight shifts and support from local clinical and office teams.

Job description

Pay: $28 - $34/hr (case-specific)

Requirements

Required:

• Active LPN license
