Pay Range: $28-$34/hr

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a meaningful difference in patients' lives and their families.

Job Duties

1. Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their homes, following the active care plan provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
2. Conduct ongoing patient care assessments.
3. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
4. Coordinate care and educate family members to improve patient outcomes.
5. Implement preventative measures to ensure quality care.
