Maxim Healthcare in Indiana is seeking an LPN to deliver 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes. You will join a team that offers stable hours, consistent assignments, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients and families.

This role provides full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts. You will have dedicated local clinical and office support to ensure quality care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
