Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interview patients, obtain vital signs, and assist physicians with exams.
• Chart and document patient information; manage phone prescriptions and refills.
• Triage patient calls to identify emergent vs non-emergent situations.
• Perform injections under physician/Nurse supervision.
• Prepare patients for clinic appointments and escort to exam rooms.
• Ensure accurate patient flow and timely care throughout visits.
• Review and document medications; verify equipment daily.
• Provide direct hands-on care under supervision.
