Job summary

LAFON NURSING HOME UNITED STATES is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical setting. You will work with physicians, RNs, and the health care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care and uphold infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring conditions, documenting observations, and educating patients and families on care needs.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a practical nurse in the applicable state.
• Completion of an approved practical nursing program.
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a patient-focused setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and document observations.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, wound care, and routine procedures.
• Support activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
