Roosevelt Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, a 240-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Philadelphia, seeks an LPN to join our compassionate team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with FT 7a-3p and PT 3p-11p or 11p-7a, plus daily pay.

You will deliver safe, person-centered nursing care and support residents’ physical and emotional needs according to the care plan. Active PA LPN license and BLS/CPR are required; you should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, and

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with standards of nursing practice and the plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per policy.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
