Roosevelt Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Philadelphia seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including 7a-3p and evenings.

Earn $31–$37 per hour with all-inclusive pay and daily pay options, plus shift differentials and benefits. The LPN will deliver patient care under the plan of care, follow individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, and document according to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in PA.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care per standards and plan of care.
• Follow individualized care plans with Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents, report changes to supervising nurse or physician promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
