Qualifications

• Graduate of LPN school program.
• Current licensure as LPN in the state of New York.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• IV and/or phlebotomy skills highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Introduces self to patient and escorts to exam room.
• Assists with exams, administers medications, IV therapy as needed.
• Cleans and prepares treatment rooms, documents patient information accurately.
• Performs basic patient care tasks and supports physicians.
