Heritage Health in Idaho is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support physicians in a clinic setting, performing direct and indirect patient care, taking vital signs, and assisting with examinations and treatments.

The role requires active Idaho LPN licensure, BLS certification, and preferred ambulatory care experience to ensure smooth patient care workflows. Strong attention to safety and HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• LPN license required and active.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred (3 years).
• Current Idaho state licensure.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 1 month of hire.
• Medical office experience required.
• FQHC knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participates in preparing patients for clinic appointments.
• Patients are brought to exam rooms upon arrival.
• Administer direct hands-on patient care under supervision of Provider/RN.
• Obtains a complete set of vital signs including pain score at each visit.
• Ensure patient flow is timely and accurate throughout the clinic.
• Reviews and documents patient medications and orders.
• Assists providers/medical assistants with emergency care of patients.
• Ensure OSHA and HIPAA compliance in all duties.
