Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year preferred experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with telehealth technology is preferred.
• Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model experience is desirable.
• Education recognition for federal employment as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs.
• Assist the provider with exams and procedures.
• Keep Veterans informed about visit content and delays.
• Review daily clinic schedule and restock exam rooms.
• Collaborate with the team to develop care plans and communicate changes.
