Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by the state agency or NLNAC at program completion.
• Active, full, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in US jurisdiction.
• United States citizenship or eligibility as required by VA.
• Licensure must be current in the US or DC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RN/MD to provide nursing care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Document patient status and interventions accurately.
