Job summary

Mohawk Valley Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide general nursing care in Medical Group practices. The LPN will collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the care team to support patient-centered care and assist in health coaching and supportive care under supervision.

Responsibilities include gathering data, preparing patients for exams, assisting with procedures, and maintaining equipment and a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing program.
• BLS certification within 6 weeks of hire date.

Responsibilities
