Job summary

Jupiter-Rehabilitation-and-Healthcare-Cente seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, wound care, and administer medications within our rehabilitation-focused team.

The role collaborates with interdisciplinary staff to develop individualized care plans, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while upholding regulatory standards and the organization’s policies.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals for seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records satisfying regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
