Job summary
The Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) of the State of Delaware seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care, perform follow-up assessments, and implement care plans for residents. Qualifications
- Delaware Practical Nurse license or temporary/multi-state license.
- Experience caregiving in nursing settings preferred.
- Ability to take and record vital signs and administer medications.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and follow-up assessments.
- Coordinate care with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
- Supervise and evaluate CNAs; assist with treatments as directed.
