Playground Pediatrics seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our pediatric providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will manage patient flow, document clinical information in the EHR, assist with examinations and procedures, and educate patients while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Typical schedule includes Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 7:30am–4:00pm, with occasional Saturday coverage (8:30am–12:30pm).

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in NC.
• Minimum of two years experience as Medical Assistant or related clinical role.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Escort patients from waiting area to exam room in a professional manner.
• Obtain patient medical history, vitals, medications, allergies, and document in EHR.
• Support examinations and procedures; prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments as needed.
• Document patient visits in EHR with accurate histories, exams and plans.
• Provide patient education and clear care plan instructions.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with OSHA/safety regulations.
