Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support licensed healthcare team members in patient care, education, and care planning. You will collaborate with RNs to evaluate progress and ensure safety and quality under supervision according to VUMC standards.

Qualifications

• LIC-Licensed Practical Nurse - Tennessee is required.
• Relevant work experience as an LPN is preferred.
• 1 year of experience is referenced in the role description.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with patients, families and healthcare providers in delivering care.
• Follows established plan of care to monitor patient progress.
• Supports plans to promote health and a safe environment.
