Fellowship Village is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care for aging adults in a sub-acute/assisted living setting. The role emphasizes compassionate hands‑on care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with RNs and physicians to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Geriatric nursing experience in sub-acute and assisted living.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
• Flu vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RNs or physicians.
