Odin Health & Rehab Center in Odin, IL is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for part-time roles to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will administer medications, collaborate with the care team, and monitor residents to support outcomes and safety.

We offer a $5,000 LPN sign-on bonus, a $2 shift differential for evenings/midnights, Daily Pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support resident outcomes.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
Encourage restorative care and resident independence.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care provided.
Support and mentor nursing staff in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being while following facility standards.
Contribute to mentorship, growth and professional development.
