Koelsch Communities in Bellevue, WA seeks an enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Resident Services team on a part-time basis. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with departments to support resident independence.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington.
• Drug-free and willing to submit to drug screening.
• Able to pass a background check as required by state regulations.
• CPR/First-Aid certification as needed per policy.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments.
• Administer medications and provide assistance as prescribed.
• Assess resident needs and document nursing progress through charting by exception.
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
