Qualifications

• 2+ years of LPN experience required.
• Experience working with seniors or assisted living communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and oversee resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charts.
• Assist with care planning and service updates.
• Support infection control and quality standards.
