Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 home-based nursing care in our assigned service area. This role offers stable hours, direct patient interaction, and consistent assignments to positively impact patients and families.

The position supports day, evening, and overnight shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
