Job summary

Cooper River Post Acute, a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Mount Pleasant, SC, is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate team. An active SC LPN license is required. Competitive pay with $2 night diff and $4 weekend diff for 12-hour shifts (days 7a-7p; nights 7p-7a).

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered South Carolina LPN license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college/university.
• Current CPR certification and ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.
• Experience as an LPN in long-term care (LTC) preferred.
• Experience with PCC (Patient Care Coordinator) preferred.
