Cooper River Post Acute in Mount Pleasant, SC is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, hands‑on care for residents on 12‑hour shifts (7a–7p and 7p–7a). You will assist with daily living activities, connect with residents and families, and join a supportive healthcare team offering benefits and growth opportunities.
