Job summary

Cooper River Post Acute in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. An active SC license is required to practice, and prior LTC experience is preferred.

We offer competitive pay of $30-33 per hour, $2 night shift diffs and $4 weekend diffs, plus 12-hour shifts (7a-7p days, 7p-7a nights) and comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, and a 401k with match. We support professional development and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college/university.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina.
• Experience as an LPN in LTC preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with PCC preferred and continuing education/licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as an LPN to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Maintain compliance with SC Board of Nursing and continuing education requirements.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and safety.
