Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to provide one-on-one home health care in patients' homes. You’ll deliver care with compassion, accuracy, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities include medication administration, skilled nursing assessments, wound care, and family education, with consistent scheduling and weekly pay. Ability to handle complex cases and work independently is valued.

Qualifications

• Active GA RN or LPN license (or compact).
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• TB test current per guidelines; authorized to work in the U.S.
