Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN license in Georgia.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Home health experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the client's home.

• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs.
• Assist with daily living activities as required.
• Educate patients and family members on care plans.
