Job summary

National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time overnight shift (11pm–7am) in Bethel, Connecticut.

The role involves direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with a dedicated care team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes. The LPN will monitor residents, implement care plans, and supervise CNAs while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state license (LPN) required.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
• Strong clinical skills including administration of medications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the implementation of care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
