Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to adults and geriatric Veterans in outpatient clinics.
• Observe, report, and document changes in patients’ physical and emotional conditions.
• Provide patient education on prevention, disease management and treatment plans.
• Assist in emergency interventions and coordinate with nursing staff as directed.
• Collaborate with RN/MD to orient and train less experienced staff.
