Job Opportunity: Part-Time LPN or RN at Boone County Jail

Join our team for weekend days at Boone County Jail as a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Enjoy the flexibility of online scheduling exchange and earn extra income with our sign-on and retention bonuses.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing patient care, evaluating symptoms, reactions, and progress, charting results, and establishing nursing plans within State Scope of Practice and guidelines.
• Administering prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Following through with established treatment plans.
• Performing emergency interventions, physical assessments, and applying critical thinking.
