East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing seeks an experienced LPN or RN to serve as Unit Manager for the Rehab Unit in Marietta, GA. This full-time leadership role focuses on guiding resident recovery, improving team performance, and upholding post-acute care standards.

You will lead daily clinical operations, mentor staff, ensure compliance, and maintain resident-centered care, while collaborating with physicians and families in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPN/RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (rehab or LTC preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage clinical priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A resident-first mindset and commitment to service excellence.

Responsabilités
