Job summary

Waystone Health & Human Services seeks a dedicated LPN or RN to provide medical care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential group home in Haverhill, MA. You will administer medications, perform health assessments, provide treatments, and educate direct support staff.

Part-time position (<25 hours/week), 8 hours on Mondays 3:00pm–11:00pm. MA LPN/RN license required; strong English, documentation, and travel within the service area are expected.

Qualifications

• Current MA LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend English; able to document services and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications on-site in the assigned home.
• Perform daily health assessments for all individuals.
• Provide skilled nursing care as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Train and support staff in medical protocols and personal care techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance.

Staff Nurse (LPN or RN) - Haverhill, MAResidential Group HomesWaystone is currently seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to provide medical care for Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As our staff nurse, you will support the wellbeing of 4 - 5 individuals in a group home setting by assisting with clinical assessments, administering medications, providing treatments, and educating direct support professional on personal care.
