Job summary

AdvisaCare in Lansing, MI is hiring Registered Nurses for per-diem, part-time and full-time roles to provide one-on-one home health care, private duty, and hospice services. You will build close relationships with patients and create individualized care plans in patients' familiar surroundings.

Requirements include current MI Nursing License, nursing experience, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform patient assessments
• Ability to work independently
• Participate in training and transitioning of the patient from a facility to the home setting.
• Comply with all policies and standards of safety and infection control.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner in accordance with AdvisaCares standards of practice.

• Current MI Nursing License
