Wexford Senior Care Center is hiring LPN or RN Registered Nurses in Cadillac, MI. Earn up to $48.40/hr for RN with a $12,000 sign-on bonus and plus hero pay. Shifts include 7PM-7AM with shift premiums. Strong benefits and annual wage increases accompany full-time hours.

Starting wages for LPNs range from $29-$33/hr with hero pay and shift premiums, plus yearly wage increases. A supportive EPIC team and opportunities for advancement are offered in a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan or applicable state.
• CPR-BLS certification required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments including wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, and other nursing tasks.

Our Registered Nurses are a part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

As an RN Registered Nurse will earn: up to $48.40 per hour PLUS $12,000 Sign On Bonus - NEW WAGES!!

• Starting Wages $36.00 - $40.00 per hour based on years of certification!

How you will help people every day:

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• A current license to practice as an RN Registered Nurse in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
