Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide medication administration, nursing assessments, and support for individuals in recovery.

This full-time role offers a $2500 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package, with a collaborative team and opportunities for ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an LPN in the state of practice.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.
• Must successfully complete background checks including criminal, driving, and abuse/neglect credentials.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to clients via oral, injection, or self-administration as required.
• Conduct nursing assessments including physical and mental health screenings.
• Maintain accurate MARs and monitor medication stock.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in medical records.
• Communicate with clients about medications and refill requests with providers.
